Job title: Sales ExecutiveLocation: KidderminsterSalary: 14,625 plus commissionHours: 37.5 hour week 8.00 â€"17:00 Monday to FridayAn exciting position has opened up in the sales department! of an Educational Software company in the Kidderminster area. The successful candidate will be required to build relationships with schools and demonstrate fully our award winning online software. This position relies heavily on telesales, and requires self motivation, dedication, tenacity and excellent organisational skills. A full induction and ongoing training will be delivered.
A full British driving licence is essential, as well as own transport.Responsibilities: * To develop the business by acting as first point of contact for schools that are not already signed up to our software.* The successful candidate will enjoy working within a target focused environment. * Experience working to targets would be advantageous.* You will be expected to hit daily calls and conversion targets, as set by your manager.Education and Experience: * Previous telephone sales or face to face sales experience is highly desirable* Some experience of working in a customerâ€"focused ! environment is essential* Minimum of 5 GCSE& 039;s A* â€" C (t! o include English Language and Maths)Skills: The successful candidate will be enthusiastic in their approach to work and to our award winning products* Display natural customer service skills, understanding the needs of potential new clients* Demonstrate strong communication skills, especially spoken, and have a good telephone manner* Have the ability to communicate remotely and knowledge of technical forms of communication* You must be able to take on board feedback/constructive criticism and be resilient and resourceful* Be able to work to individual targets as well as contribute as part of a focused team effort* A good grasp of grammar is essentialeResponse Office Appointments team fill hundreds of temporary, temp to perm and permanent vacancies throughout Worcestershire and South Birmingham every Year.
