CHG Property Services is the construction and building
maintenance arm of The! Community Housing Group. We employ over 170 staff
and have an ambitious Business Plan to grow our business over the next few
years and we are currently seeking new tradespersons to join us.
Bricklayer
40 hours per week
Up to £22,133 per annum with opportunity for a productivity bonus
As a bricklayer, you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality work within the major works, modernisation and new build teams. You will be capable of all aspects of setting out, measurement, and construction and maintenance of walls built in a variety of materials. You will also be competent in associated groundwork, concreting, and other wet trades such as plastering.
You will:
Represent CHG Property Services in a professional, competent and courteous manner
Work on your own or within teams
Drive your own performance and productivity
Promote excellent site Health and Safety practices and com! pliance
Basic IT Skills
Have good communicat! ion skills â€" both written and verbal
Be Educated to City and Guilds level or equivalent (Bricklaying for the Bricklayer post, preferably Carpentry for Multi Skilled post)
Demonstrate relevant experience in other trades
