Sales TrainerWe're looking to recruit a Sales Trainer to join the team at our Kidderminster Office in Worcestershire. We have ambitious plans to increase our customer base in 2013 and we want to ensure our sales ! team have ample support to achieve this. Main Duties: The main purpose of the role is to design and deliver a structured training and coaching programme to our internal and external sales teams, focusing on the overall sales process and techniques. The appointed candidate will develop an induction training plan for all newly appointed sales personnel and complete a training needs analysis for all of the sales team, identifying skills gaps and on-going training and development needs to ensure an increase in sales performance.Skills & Experience Required: Candidates applying for this position should have previous sales training experience within a B2B environment, ideally within the IT industry.
We're looking for candidates with a strong sales and commercial background with good business acumen, able to demonstrate a track record of developing and delivering sales training material, practiced in both one to one and group training using various methodologies and model! s.The successful candidate will be a confident individual, pos! sessing excellent motivational and interpersonal skills, who is able to present training in a clear and concise manner.You will be competent in the use of Microsoft Office as you will also be required to create and maintain training and development files.About OGL: OGL offers support services to a large number of SME businesses.
