PQE REQUIRED: A minimum of 5 Years PQE
LOCATION: ! West Midlands (Commutable from: Kidderminster, Halesowen, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Droitwich, Dudley, Birmingham etc)
SALARY: Competitive
THE ROLE:
They are currently looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor who has a minimum of 5 years PQE. Filex qualified will also be considered.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have previous experience of running their own caseload of wills, probates and trusts, you will also be a member of STEP and SFE and ideally have experience of dealing with Inheritance Tax matters and Court of Protection. It would be a benefit if you had a good understanding of the Mental Capacity Act,
