A well-established consultancy based in Kidderminster are seeking a charity specific HR Manager to join their team of consultants supporting NFP and private organisations with their HR needs.
Main duties for the HR Manager:
To provide tailored HR and employment law advice to clients within NFP and private sector

To undertake effective case management of issues raised to the client

To coach and support managers with Employee Relations issues including performance, change management and employee development

To prepare legal documentation for clients including handbooks, policies and procedures

To manage relationships with clients to ensure long term relationship is secure

To work to tight deadlines and dealing with invoices

To provide regular status reports

To design HR training and presentation materials

To respond to all enquiries from new and existing clients

To assist with bid and tenders for new business working closely with the CEO

Essential criteria for the HR Manager:
Must hold full MCIPD qualification

Will have strong NFP HR rel! ated experience- including volunteering or governance

! Experience within employee relations

TUPE experience

All of the roles are based within a care home environment

TO APPLY:
We are looking for experienced carers who have a minimum of 6 months experience within the last 3 years. Whether you worked in a care home environment before or in the community it doesn't matter as we are looking for people with the right experience, approach and personality to fulfil these exciting roles.

Day shift pattern can be half or full days with half days starting between 7am and 8am and finishing at 2pm and then 2pm till 8pm or 9pm for the afternoon / evening shifts. Night shifts start between 8pm and 9.30pm and finish between 7am and 8am ! in the morning.

Some of our homes are rural based in ! the surrounding areas of Kidderminster therefore own transport for certain roles is vital.

We offer free training, a subsidised uniform and great rates of pay versus the industry average. We are also keen on supporting you with your development and offer NVQ's from level 2 up to and including 5.

We will also contribute towards your CRB, we pay 50% of the fee. If you have a CRB less than 3 months old you would not need to obtain another.

All interviews will be local and we are looking to appoint all positions by the end of May.

We require a highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team, working with people with a variety of long term, complex, neurological conditions, including acquired brain injuries and progressive conditions.

You will work as a member of a small interdisciplinary team to set goals, develop treatment plans and offer interventions to enable patients to optimise their rehabilitation potential.

We are looking for someone with advanced communication and therapy skills, with experience in neurology and rehabilitation. You will be able to undertake, or demonstrate an understanding of cognitive assessments, and be willin! g to develop these skills further.

You must be able t! o work across organisational boundaries within health and social services and the voluntary sector, and be able to meet the travel requirements of this post.
