We seek a go-getting, commercial Telesales Executive, with a strong track record from a sales environment, to join our fast paced team selling digital advertising space via the telephone, across all our digital titles/ platforms in the Midlands.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with selling in a competitive market and will not be afraid of hard work. You should be able to develop relationships with allocated clients as well as prospecting new clients and will sell appropriate products to those customers, maximising sales opportunities to new and existing customers and meeting target and revenue expectations as agreed.

This is a highly targeted role and you will work well under pressure and to tight deadlines achieving, if not exceeding, monthly and quarterly sales targets and call rates. You will develop an understanding of your allocated category, identifying and addressing issues which clients may face on an on! going basis and identifying digital solutions to support their needs.

This is a people orientated role and candidates should have strong personalities, able to build rapport easily, communicate effectively and negotiate, when necessary. You will have demonstrable experience of working in a telesales environment, with a strong understanding of digital, and will be looking for the next stage in your career.

We are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner to take the lead in supporting the development of Teaching and Learning across our school.
You will be required to share your outstanding classroom practice with other colleagues through team teaching, coaching and mentoring.
Leigh School is a! National Support School and is heavily involved with supporti! ng local primary schools who are underperforming or are in an Ofsted category. We also work closely with two local Teaching Schools in Birmingham.
We are a school with very high expectations and want to recruit someone whose principle strengths lie in classroom practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a classroom teacher who wants to be positive role model for other teachers.

The key duties of the role will include the daily pricing and commercial administration of minor rail civils schemes, liaising with the client to resolve daily issues and final account queries.

You will have knowledge and/or experience of the following:

  • Prompt presentation of all applications for payment, including all contractual entitlements.
  • Ensuring that payments are received in accordance with the contract terms.
  • Prompt presentation of Final Accounts, including negotiation of all contractual entitlements.
  • Preparation of forward work schedules and cash flows.
  • Preparation and presentation of Monthly Cost Value Reconciliation Reports
  • Procurement, negotiation and placing of Sub-contract Orders.
  • Financial and commercial management of Sub-contractors t! hrough to settlement of their Final Accounts.
  • Ensurin! g that all contractual letters/ notices are presented in accordance with the contract requirements.
  • Preparation of appropriate documentation in support of additional payment, variations, claims etc
  • Commercial support to the site and contracts management team
  • Commercial support to the Estimating and Procurement Team as appropriate.
Candidates for this role must be a team player and should meet the following criteria:
  • Qualified to degree level / equivalent or compensating experience.
  • Must have a “Contractors QS” background and preferably have experience of working with a Major Contractor on NEC Target Cost contracts.
  • Must be able to provide “stand alone” commercial services to the Project.
  • Previous experience on Electro-mechanical/Civils works and D & B contracts an advantage
  • Should have a reasonably stable employment background.
  • IT Literate, particularly MS Word and MS Exc! el.
  • Should be ambitious. Career Development opportunities exist for the right candidate.

  • Degree and or equivalent or compensating experience

Undertake Weekly Health & Safety checks of all fire door & escape routes as per PPM Schedule

Location: Kidderminster, England

Description: MUSIC Group is hiring Administrator, Care right now, this position will be assigned in England. Further informations about this position opportunity please read the description below. The Administrator, Care will provide bilingual warranty support for MUSIC Group's line of professional audio equipment via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers in obtaining warranty support for their MUSI! C Group products
Support dealers and distributors for return authorizations and conduct research for defective product
Provide status updates regarding units sent in for repair
Document each customer contact thoroughly into company CRM

Perform special projects and assignments Requirements:
Associates degree or specialized diploma in customer service studies
Minimum 3 years experience performing customer service in a pro audio or consumer electronics company
Has the ability to read, write, speak and understand German and English, additional language skills an advantage
Experience with phone-based customer support is essential
Superb customer service and relationship management skills
Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
