Location: Kidderminster, England

The successful applicant will be required to work in the kitchens under the immediate supervision of the Head Chef performing the following duties:
1. Basic food preparation;
! 2. Undertake simple cooking duties as directed by the Head Chef;
3. Responsible for cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, workstations and the overall cleaning of the kitchen in line with HACCP guidelines.
4. Be expected to maintain written cleaning schedules;
5. Responsible for overall tidiness of storerooms.
