Our client support adults with disabilities to maximise their potential. They provide support within their own home. Many of those they support require either sleeping or waking night staffing. Many choose to live with! others in shared tenancies.
Some may have complex needs or challenging behaviour. They aim to provide an environment where each individual is able to live their life as they choose and to minimise the impact of their disabilities. They are currently looking for several male support workers to care for young males in a residential setting in Kidderminster . The ideal candidate will be required to drive and have their own transport The ideal candidate will be required to work 30-40 hours per week.
Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced CRB. Previous experience in a similar role is essential and candidates must have NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care as well as be willing to work towards their NVQ Level 3. Ideally candidates should have experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour. This is a permanent role and the rate of pay will be £7.00 per hour dependant on experience.
