Our client, a Main Dealer in the Kidderminster area, is currently looking to hire an experienced Parts Advisor for their busy dealership.
Yo! u will be able to demonstrate a strong career history and a good knowledge of automotive parts in order to join this Parts Department. You will be comfortable working in a small team. Furthermore you must be able to show a high level of customer service skills and the ability to sell to customers both face to face over the retail desk and via telesales.
Responsibilities within this role include; to comply with Company and Manufacturer processes, ensure records are kept accurate and to pack and dispatch all orders.
You will ideally live within the West Midlands area or be able to travel to the Kidderminster area and have a working experience of a main dealer Parts Department.
