Description: Worcestershire County Council is in need of Administrative Assistant right now, this position will be assigned in England. Our friendly and busy school office is looking for someone who possesses strong administrative skills and a friendly disposition to be a member of our office team.
The i! deal candidate will need to be flexible, organised and be a team player. They need to use their own initiative and work to clear deadlines maintaining a calm and professional manner.
We are looking for someone who has good interpersonal skills, has a high standard of literacy, maths, and I.T. and a working knowledge of SIMS is essential. If you have the skills and attributes as required we would love to hear from you.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will require an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) clearance.
Working Hours & Pattern
Permanent - Part-Time - 17.50 hours per week - Hours can be negotiated - Term Time Only + 5 TED days
