£35,000 plus £5,000 bonus and £5,350 car allowance

We are acting on behalf of a major, international blue chip client. They are recruiting B! ranch Managers for a number of sites in the West Midlands. The successful candidate must have excellent leadership skills, be self-motivated, well presented, target driven, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

The qualities/experience we are looking for are as follows:
Experience in a customer facing Retail environment

Previous Sales and Marketing experience

Experience in the B2B market

Have P&L responsibility.

Management of company assets, compliance with audit control, implementation of operations manual, security and responsibility of company property.

Proven leadership skills

Previous experience of managing a high performing, customer focused Branch / Depot / Profit Centre.
