Location: Hartlebury
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000per annum
To provide creative writing content & support for the Sales & Marketing team by producing well informe! d copy, description & written input for sales documents, marketing materials, proposal, presentations, client projects & assisting with the management of our clients proposal assets. Working in a team including Head of Proposals & Artwork Visualiser.
Key duties:
- Supporting all team members in producing brand reflective proposals & other presentations based on our clients' brand guide.
- Producing specific creative work required for our clients' marketing & sales materials.
- Actively working with the Proposal & Creative & Project teams to:
2. Development of initial ideas & concepts into scripted storyboard & full descriptions for proposal, marketing material & other representations.
3. Help to clearly articulate t! he benefits of our clients' solutions in response to their cli! ent requirements.
4. Produce an engaging & stimulating narrative in support of Sales & Marketing activity
- Responsibility for managing our clients' proposal library & enabling access to existing assets, including cataloguing all Sales & Marketing material ready for use in various marketing, proposal/presentation & PR activities.
- Delivery of various projects creative elements in both off & on site locations m- as required.
- Must contribute to ensuring the company is viewed as a highly creative business.
- Must be able & prepared to participate in client meetings & presentations in order to articulate the proposed creative treatment.
- Highly creative & imaginative approach to interpreting a client brief & articulating our clients' solution within brand guidelines
- Able to demonstrate outstanding creative copy writing ability.
- Able to demonstrate a proven track record of writing expe! rience & an understanding of the events & communications industry.
- Able to demonstrate interpersonal skills & be able to work well in a team & under pressure.
- Experience of using presentation software such as Microsoft, PowerPoint & Apple Keynote.
- A passion for delivering concise & creative sales & marketing copy.
- Focused on consistently providing high service level.
- Outstanding attention to detail & the ability to proof read.
- Positive attitude towards challenging situations & multi-tasking
- Excellent time management skills involving the ability to estimate accurately the time required to complete design work.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work individually & as part of a wider team.
- Willingness to learn new skills & develop existing ones.
- Must be committed to making 'anything possible' with a 'can do' attitude.
