Salary: £8.41 + Bonus
Work Pattern: 3 x 4hr Shifts across 6 days trading - must be ava! ilable every Saturday

The Retail Adviser role
It’s all about connecting with your customer. You’ll chat. You’ll ask questions. You’ll listen. And then you’ll explain exactly what products, services and tariffs are right for that particular person. Plus, of course, the advantages of being with Vodafone (luckily, there are plenty of these).
We don’t want you to regurgitate product specs and scripts. We want you to be yourself. And to help your customer see what the solutions you’re suggesting will do for them. It’s not a phone with an 8-megapixel camera. It’s a phone that ca! n help preserve precious family memories, by giving high-quali! ty prints. It’s not a 500MB data bundle. It’s a package that means the people in your business can access key business files wherever they are.
The skills you’ll need
Personality is key. You need to be the sort of person who can talk to anyone â€" and explain even complicated technical information simply. You won’t need to be a phone expert. But you will need to be a fast learner, with lots of enthusiasm and positivity. You just want to get better and better, delighting every customer and exceeding your sales targets. And you want the same for your team and your store.
