We are pleased to be able to advertise a band 6 vacancy in the Wyre Forest Home Treatment Team for an RMN.
The successful applicant will be able to evidence their ability to work alongside patients to find innovative ways to be involved in their community which support engagement in life and recovery.
Positive risk management is vital to the provision of Home Treatment; we will be keen to hear your views and experience of this at interview. Working collaboratively with immediate colleagues, other team sand agencies is also an essential part of the role.
Personal experience of mental illness is a great advantage to anyone i! n this role. You will need to be a team player, but have the c! onfidence and experience to work independently.
The successful applicant will have a substantive senior RMN post in this team of skilled and experienced staff and have opportunities to learn through joint working with colleagues as well as more formal learning opportunities. Regular supervision and appraisal will be provided.
Use of a car for work (due to the rural geography of Worcestershire) and ability to work shifts are essential to this post.
