The Beauty Ambassador represents the image, products and culture of the company to the customer. Thei! r primary responsibility is customer service and sales, achieved through exceptional customer engagement and communication skills, product knowledge and artistic abilities.
Customer Service & Sales
• Provide welcoming, personal, professional service to all customers at all times.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills, listen to the customer, ask questions, investigate preferences and make the experience interactive.
• Seek opportunities to make an emotional connection with the customer and ensure they have an exceptional girlfriend experience.
• Perform make-under applications according to bareMinerals standards (half-face application) to achieve the look the customer desires.
• Inform customers of available bareMinerals services, programmes and philosophies.
• Obtain customer data for bareMinerals customer database.
• Meet your individual responsibility for your appropriate contribution to the team's goals in terms of serv! ice, sales and company objectives.
Team Work
• G! ive great internal customer service and develop good working relationships with colleagues.
• Actively participate in store theme days, events and new product launches.
• Actively participate in bareMinerals training sessions and partnered store mandatory training sessions
Maintaining Work Environment
• Actively participate in cleaning displayer units, tools and testers throughout the day, and more thoroughly at night to prepare for next day's business.
Administrative Assistance Activities
• Assist with inventory counts
• Be responsible for booking demos and lessons
• Adhere to proper security procedures regarding handling of cash and assets
Assist in Inventory Management
• Assist daily in stock and hygiene supplies replenishment and maintain appropriate levels throughout the day
• Communicate low on stock and out of stocks to the Retail Manager
PERSON SPECIFICATION
• Retail sales experience re! quired, cosmetic/beauty industry experience.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Present a professional appearance and maintain Bare Escentuals grooming standards and dress code.
• Must be able to work nights, weekend and overtime when necessary.
• Goal oriented with a successful sales record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
We are currently seeking dynamic, self-motivated individuals who have a passion for cosmetics. We need a bareMinerals Part Time Beauty Ambassador within Debenhams Kidderminster (working 16 hours per week, any 3 out of 7 days) to deliver a fresh and new client shopping experience every day through outstanding customer service, product knowledge and education. A successful bareMinerals Beauty Ambassador possesses an enthusiasm for success and the creativeness to make it happen, along with a passion for ensuring the best customer experience possible.
