Senior Care Coordinator Full time position: Monday - Friday Salary: 17,000 - 20,000 Minimum qualifications: NVQ 3 Care or equivalenor or ! highers in care The Role; As a Senior Care Coordinator you will be the face of a well-established homecare agency based in Kidderminster. As a Senior Care Coordinator you will be responsible for reviews, spot checks, supervisions, introductions, mentoring and supporting the carers to deliver care to the highest of standards and personalised to each individual client. Your may be required to deliver some hands on care during holidays and sickness and take on call as a back up for the Seniors. The Candidate: The Senior Care Coordinator will have an extensive practical background in care in the community, demonstrate excellent people and communication skills both written and verbal as well as being the face of the company you must be friendly and approachable at all times.
The candidate must have good problem solving, be able to evidence great customer service skills as well as exscellent organisational skills too. The Senior Care Coordinator must have NVQ 3 in Health! and Social Care or equivalent, have a full UK driving license! , have access to their own transport and live in Kidderminster or surrounding areas. The working hours are predominantly Monday to Friday 9-5 but IT is paramount that you are flexible on working hours, understand they may be requirements to work outside of these hours.
