Responsibilities
- To take incoming calls from clients and depending on experience, help them fix it directly, or pass it on to the appropriate team member.
- Report progress to the IT Manager
- Proven experience in a service desk environment (1st-3rd line)
- Familiar with both server and desktop/software queries
- Excellent knowledge of the applications involved (windows based)
£8-£12 per hour
