My client is a highly successful manufacturing organisation.

They are looking to recruit a graduate Chemist to join their R&D Team developing and refining their products and formulations, ensuring compliance with specifications, industry regulations and certifications.

In this role, you will learn about the companies products work on live projects alongside colleagues from both R&D and the wider business.

You'll have the opportunity to rapidly increase your skills and knowledge and therefore your value to the business. For the successful candidate, your renumeration will increase in line with your development.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a high graded degree in Chemistry.
• Have studied polymer chemistry, organic chemistry, polyurethane and phenolic chemistry in some details and have an interest in these areas.
• Ideally had some work experience ! in R&D, ideally in the above areas.
• Be committed to a! career using your chemistry background in R&D for industry.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with colleagues and suppliers.
• Be committed to safe working and have a basic understanding of safe working practices.
• Have a high level of attention to detail and sound IT skills, able to record, analyse and present data.
