EXPERIENCED REGISTERED MANAGER £40Kto be responsible for the day to day management of our 60 bedded Care Home in Kidderminster.An experienced and motivated individual is required to ma! nage a 60 bedded Home which offers and extensive list of services for elderly care needs. The Home provides nursing and residential care for the elderly frail and dementia residents with emphasis on choice and a homely environment. The staff are passionate about care provision and this has enabled the Home to achieve Total Compliance with CQC Standards and has been awarded the Dementia Care Standards.You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Home, providing leadership and supervision to ensure that the highest standards of person centred care are delivered.As registered Manager you will be responsible for the financial management of the Home's occupancy and budgets.You will be familiar in areas concerning sickness and absence management, staff training and development and mentoring and you will have an effective way of communicating with your team.You will need to have a proven track record of successful nursing home management, a sound knowledge of CQC a! nd Quality Care Standards and by Dynamic and Enthusiastic.For ! more information about this fantastic opportunity please contact Jenni Wade on 01684 591555 or email jenni.wade@stcloudcare.co.uk
