This week at Recruiting for Care, we are seeking a strong minded and business led Nursing Home Manager with a Nursing Qualification to take over a fully compliant and award winning 60 bedded Care Home in Kidderminster.
The home is split into three units - residential, dementia and nursing care units and has all the facilities needed to cater to each residents needs such as reminiscence rooms, fully trained staff and a spacious and tranquil environment to promote healthy and enjoyable living.
Within the role of Nursing Home Manager, you will be required to be registered manager of the home and lead the teams on each units in delivering excellent customer satisfaction and CQC reports.
Due to the previous home manager looking to move to pastures new, the home are looking for someone who is happy to continue the great progress within the home urgently.
