Position involves providing security, guidance, interaction and support to young adults with challenging behaviour within a residential setting . P! lease note this position involves working with young adults with challenging behaviour and mental health issues. We are looking for individuals that have worked with young adults on some level and have dealt with challenging, unsocial or criminal behaviour, you will aim to create a caring but structured environment to meet the young adult’s intellectual, spiritual, social and emotional needs. Candidates are required to complete a one week introduction programme specialising in working with young adults within a residential unit.
