An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled, passionate and competent support worker to join an established children's residential provider in the Worcestershire ! area.
Already employed within a similar setting, the successful candidate will hold the NVQ level 2 and/or 3 in health and social care, hold a full driving licence and ideally have access to their own car and be committed to delivering the highest level of person centred care. You will be a skilled team player and be conversant in all elements of care planning and supporting adolescents with EBD and challenging behaviour. Applications will also be considered from applicants with a background supporting vulnerable adults who display behaviours that challenge.
Working a combination of shifts to include nights, weekends and holidays on a rota basis, you will benefit from a competitive salary and annual leave allowance, as well as on going personal and professional development and an additional sleep in allowance.
