JOB OUTLINE:
We are currently seeking to recruit a Multi ! Skilled Engineer who will be required to work on a 4 on 4 off shift system alternating days & nights i.e. average of 42hrs per week. You will report directly to the Maintenance Team Leader.
EXPERIENCE:
As a member of a small flexible team, you should have several years in depth experience of maintenance, and basic knowledge of PLC (preferably S5 and S7) and fault finding on fully automated machinery. A sound knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps & gearboxes is essential together with a recognised engineering apprenticeship.
You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the plant performance in key performance areas such as machinery availability & product quality. In addition to this you will be required to carry out planned maintenance, accurately report the work or duties that have been carried out, be aware of the effects that maintenance changes have on product quality and ensure that all duties are performed within the requirem! ents of the QA, Health & Safety, and Energy and Environmental ! procedures. Applicants should have a keen attitude and a positive approach and should be self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision
