Our client a well respected retailer is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor for its Niche business in Wolverhampton, Staffordshire.Ideally, you will be an experienced Service Advisor with franchise experience and you will possess good confident communication skills both face to face and on the telephone. You will have exceptional organisational skills, and be computer literate as all systems are computer based. Some technical knowledge is an advantage, but once again not essential. You will meet and greet service customers and ! identify their service requirements along with any other oppor! tunities for upsell, ensuring all details are communicated through to the workshop, in a concise manner. You will possess an outgoing and confident personality and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and every third Saturday morning.The basic salary is £19,000 with a £23,000 per annum OTE.Apply now for this Motor Trade Job.Good Luck!!
