We are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner to take the lead in supporting the development of Teaching and Learning across our school.
You will be required to share your outstanding classroom practice with other colleagues through team teaching, coaching and mentoring.
Leigh School is a! National Support School and is heavily involved with supporti! ng local primary schools who are underperforming or are in an Ofsted category. We also work closely with two local Teaching Schools in Birmingham.
We are a school with very high expectations and want to recruit someone whose principle strengths lie in classroom practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a classroom teacher who wants to be positive role model for other teachers.
Existing/previous ASTs are welcome to apply as are other excellent teachers who want to stay very focused on classroom practice.
