Location: Kidderminster, England

Description: Pertemps is in need of Purchasing Expeditor in Kidderminster right now, this occupation will be reside in England. Detailed specification about this occupation opportunity please read the description below. We are looking for a Purchasing Expeditor to join our long established vehicle part supply business. Our branded products are sold through global distribution chains and t! his key role supports the Senior Stock Controller and Senior Buyer. The Purchasing Expeditor will need to ensure continuous availability of our product lines to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Purchasing Expeditor will be required to: -

Communicate to vendors efficiently and ensure that supplier invoices and shipping paperwork are administered accurately.

Chase up and Expedite Purchase Orders to meet SLAs

Demonstrate previous knowledge of Purchase Order and Expediting Processes

Utilise PC skills; in particular Microsoft Excel

The successful Purchasing Expeditor will possess: -

The ability to work as part of a small and busy team

Excellent Customer service skills

Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9 -5, Due to location own transport is essential.
