This well established, privately owned software business has achieved accreditations with some of the biggest names in the IT industry, including HP and Microsoft. They supply, install and support products from world leading partners across the UK and are growing their business at an incredible pace! This company is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager within its fast paced, high achieving Technical Services Department. You will be project managing the implementation of service solutions to their ever-expanding customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Producing project plans
- Regularly communicating with the customer and internal departments
- Ensuring all aspects of the projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Management of customer expectations will be key, ensuring the customer fully understands what has been purchased and that sales consultants hav! e addressed all requirements
- Regular customer visits ! and communication throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Milestone management and post implementation sign off
- Solid experience working within the framework of a formal IT Project Management methodology
- Experienced in managing the transition and implementation of projects and services
- Proven communication and customer facing skills
