We are currently recruiting for an experienced Line Leader who can be responsible for the Production team and ensuring targets are met.
To manage and lead a team of Associates on a prod! uction line ensuring a positive culture is maintained.
To ensure that all production lines run with a maximum efficiency and interruptions are dealt with a minimum impact for the customer.
To ensure that all paperwork is completed to meet legal requirements and that relevant systems are maintained, including, Traceability, Health and Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, ERP.
To ensure that all Associates receive the appropriate training to enable a balanced and multi-skilled workforce to effectively meet hourly production schedules.
To track and monitor wastage and production volumes.
To complete daily and hourly communication to provide progress checks and production changes when necessary.
To actively identify improvement opportunities and efficiencies and assist in implement these changes.
Conduct Associate training.
Drive and encourage an engaged workforce.
Ensure customer audit standards are maintained.
Any other duties that the! Company deem suitable as necessary
