SALARY: £22,100 + Bonus

As part of their ongoing success they are looking to appoint a Retail Store Manager.
Reporting to the Retail Area Manager you will be responsible for the following;
• Managing the efficient operation of the store to achieve maximum sales whilst controlling costs
• Merchandising and correct pricing of products as to comply with current legislation
• Budget Management: - Wage cost and sales
• Stock control: - Ordering and management
• Implementing all company directives
• Planning: - long and short term plans for sales improvement
• People Management! : - Recruitment, training, staff management and Discipline!
• Health & safety compliance
YOU
• You will be required to lead, inspire and motivate your team to provide unrivalled customer service
• Ideally retail food experience, Cash handling and cashing up, Result driven, Customer focused, Organised, Practically minded
• Educational background is not important, we are looking for experience and a good Â"can doÂ" attitude
