Due to expansion, our client a provider of motor claims and accident management support services, based in Kidderminster requires an additional Telephone Sales Ass! istant to work in their Repair Progression Department on a part time basis (15 hours per week, Mon-Fri 5pm-8pm).
We are specifically looking for people with excellent customer service experience (within an office environment) and good experience in telephone sales as the role will involve receiving high volumes of calls and dealing with queries, and also contacting clients and selling the companies services, however, there is no cold calling involved. The successful candidates will be able to liaise with suppliers and colleagues in a confident manner.
