Available is a basic salary to 18K-! 24K Recruitment Consultants
possible car allowance and 25-days rising to 28-days after 3-Years’ service There are also bonus' for hitting & exceeding KPI's and Free Parking
7.5% Commission on all sales margin with 6K threshold.
10% on all sales margin exceeding 10K threshold.
The Recruitment Opportunity:
Our client is looking to further develop it's new branch in Kidderminster and is currently looking to recruit an Industrial Recruitment Consultant and a Commercial Recruitment Consultant to carry out new business development.
The role of a Recruitment Consultant is both challenging and rewarding. You will be responsible for creating and managing your own business within a business. Your primary responsibilities will be to generate new business, develop and expand client relationships through to selecting candidates and managing on-going projects.
The Person Spec:
Ideally we are seeking strong sales recruitment profes! sionals/Senior Recruitment Consultant who will have local work! ing knowledge.
Individuals will be target driven, upbeat and enthusiastic with a competitive spirit. Be a proactive new business developer with strong account manager skills for management/development of existing client base.
Ideal candidates will have knowledge within the Industrial & Commercial industry or you will need to have an understanding and true interest in these sectors.
A solid track record of consistent personal revenue generation is essential.
