4 Star Country House Hotel is looking for a dedicated and experienced operations/Duty Manager w! ith a Rosette background. The property strives to achieve excellent cuisine throughout the 1 AA Rosette restaurant and the busy conference and wedding operations.
Managing 8 Head of Departments, weddings, conferences and restaurant, with knowledge of all aspects of the Hotel. Strong Food and Beverage knowledge a must. Also has good prospects for training.
