Senior residential support worker required to work within a children's residential care setting in the Kidderminster area.
Working 40 hours per week, on a rota basis to include sleep ins, you will f! orm part of the home management team, working in line with the home and deputy manager to ensure high standard of quality childcare practice is delivered, you are proactive in offering guidance, leadership and supervisions amongst the staff team and for all aspects of administration.
As senior you will lead a qualified staff team within a rewarding environment and play a pivotal role in the promotion of independence, living skills and emotional development amongst the adolescents within your care.
The successful candidate will already be working within a similar setting, be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in children and young people and be competent in leading a staff team.
