Location: Kidderminster

Salary: -£7.50-8.00 per hour

We are looking to recruit an HR Administrator on a temp! - Perm basis. The ideal candidate must have excellent administration skills and experience in HR.

For this role candidate must be a car driver, due to location.

Essential skills and duties

• Maintaining HR administrative systems and ensuring that personal files are kept up to date
• Escalating employment/people issues to the HR Manager or Officer in her absence as appropriate.
• Process & Record Employee Long Service Awards
• Dealing with day to day HR administrative work including employment reference requests, standard letters, maintaining Private health care and Pension administration, etc.
• Maintaining the TMS database by issuing any new ID Badges.

Providing administrative support and assisting the site Senior Level Management Team to ensure delivery of the site Communication Plan.

• Minute Taking as and when required for HR related meetings.
• Providing HR support to recruiting ! managers, ensuring that HR procedures and company recruitment ! and selection procedures are followed.
• Excel, outlook and PowerPoint skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Task planning and Co-ordinating
• Communication Skills-written and verbal
• CIPD qualified
• TUPE experience
• Well presented
• Good organization skills
• Attention to detail / accuracy
• Self-motivated
• Reliable and professional
• Flexible
