Graduate IT Support Analyst is required by one of the Country's olde! st legal Companies. The exciting new role will provide a perfect opportunity for someone with a desire to forge a career in IT Support and be a champion for learning as they provide a training back up for the Company.
The ideal IT Support Analyst will have an understanding of a range of technologies in a Windows environment and will also be confident in speaking to people either in a group or an individual basis. Offering Support and training on a range of off the shelf and bespoke software will play a crucial aspect of this exciting opportunity.
Key skills and experience:
MS Office 2007 / 2010
Windows XP / Vista / 7
Experience of supporting Databases / CRM systems
Experience of presenting to a group
The ideal Graduate IT Support Analyst will also have excellent communication skills, be organised and possess a full UK drivers license.
