We are looking to recruit Lettings Negotiator for our Kidderminster branch.
As a Lettings Negotiator - previous estate agency experience or working in a heavily targeted environment is essential, as is the ability to demonstrate a high standard of customer care-service.
You must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be able to deal with people at all levels. A positive, energetic 'can do' approach that enjoys a busy environment, is essential.
You will need to be able to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail, be a clear problem solver and have an engaging and charismatic personality.
