Sempre Hair Health and Beauty Kidderminster Town Centre, has the following opportunity for someone who wants to set up their own Beauty business for themselves or wi! th a business partner within the salon.
1st room will include a fully fitted treatment room for holistic therapies, waxing ect with a built in spray tanner.
2nd room/modern reception for all nail treatments.
The rental includes Council reates, gas, electric, water, telephone for appointments only; the use of all kitchen facilities, toilets, refreshments will be supplied by the owner for all your clients.
also included in the rental 1 modern nail bar, waxing pots, 2 couches, large spray tanning machine ect.
Both rooms’ rentals are at one price and can be used for 3 days or more at a very low daily rate.
3 days @ £35 a day
5 days @ £25 a day, the 6 th day is free
Sempre is open 6 days a week, 12 hours a day.
We have other rentals located at the salon all with their own rooms 3 hair stylists, 1 osteopath.
The beauty room is available for rent from the 1 st September 2013.
