Capita Social Care Resourcing is recruiting for experienced Care Assistants and Support Workers to provide general support and care to Adults, Older Adults and Adults with Learning disabilities.
We ! have temporary fulltime and part time roles consisting of shifts also ad-hoc shifts based in Kidderminster working various shift patterns, both during the day and waking nights.
The main duties of this roll will be to provide general support to vulnerable clients within residential setting or through day services in the community. Some roles may also require personal care, and help with feeding, cooking and daily living skills.
Candidates will ideally have:
- NVQ 2 in Health and social care
- Experience of dealing with aggressive/ challenging behaviours
- Experience of Working With physical and learning disabilities
- Mandatory training in moving and handling, POVA, first Aid, health and safety, infection control, and medication awareness(training can be provided at a small cost).
- Good communication written and verbal.
