Description: Tracscare is at the momment seeking for Support Worker right now, this occupation will be placed in England. Most support workers work three long days (11.5hrs) per week shifts in a week (not usually planned consecutively) with 1/2 hour per week set asi! de towards your monthly training/staff attendance, this constitutes a 35hr week.

We provide a comprehensive training and development programme which includes a twelve week induction programme followed by s! ix month foundation training, this will include training to co! ver first aid, food hygiene, manual handling, clinical induction, training on managing challenging behaviour. You will also receive client specific training e.g. brain injury, autism, relevant to the client group you will be working with.
There are also opportunities to complete NVQ levels 2, 3 and 4 to assist you within your role along with additional training days provided by TRACSCARE.
