Growing subsidiary of an Internationally renowned manufacturing business is looking for a finance controller to help drive the business forward. As the number one finance person and part of the se! nior management team you will be responsible for the smooth running of the finance function including financial control, accounting and management reporting, statutory returns, reporting to group, business performance, planning and commercially supporting the MD and the operations. You will lead a team of 8 and will be required to motivate and develop the individuals. The ideal candidate will be qualified with proven hands-on experience of running the finance function within an SME environment.
