The Company
Our client is an established accountancy firm that has been operating for over 20 years. Over the past year they have expanded rapidly and now boast a 700 strong client base. Due to this growth they are looking for a qualified accountant to join the team and manage their growing number of clients.
The Role
The successful Accountant will be responsible for a number of clients, carrying out general practice work such as; personal tax, annual accounts, management accounts, business tax, VAT and PAYE. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, commercially aware accountant who is looking to progress with the business as it grows.
During the recruitment process, successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following key competencies and experience:
Must have significant post qualification experience in a practice environment
Must hold a! recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA preferred)
Kno! wledge of accountancy and taxation legislation applicable to small business/ personal taxation
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have good organisation skills
Experience of DIGITA software would be advantageousThe Reward
