For detail informations about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. We are currently recruiting an Employer Engagement Consultant for an IT Training Centre based in Worcester.
As the Recruitment Consulta! nt you will have responsibility for sourcing suitable employment opportunities for IT apprentices and managing the process through to successful placement. This will involve selling the benefits of the apprenticeship programme to potential employers and building strong relationships with them to ensure the apprentices gain experience relevant to their apprenticeship. As part of the role you will be mentoring young people to prepare them for the workplace and ensuring apprentices are matched appropriately to the roles. You will also be responsible for conducting health and safety assessments of the workplace location and ensuring that all relevant quality and compliance paperwork is in place.
We are looking for a dedicated individual with experience of working in a recruitment/B2B sales environment and achieving set targets. Knowledge of the FE sector and of apprenticeships will be an advantage, as will a sound understanding of the labour market / IT sector. Excellent co! mmunication skills are required as well as business knowledge ! and the ability to work well under pressure. You must have a full, clean driving licence and there is also a requirement to pass an Enhanced CRB check.

This role attracts a salary of £24,000 + a performance related bonus schedule of up to £6,000 per annum.
