A specialist Worcestershire manufacturer is currently seeking a highly motivated and commercial aware Graduate Project Manager to join their business in Kidderminster, Worcestershire. This unique opportunity will ! allow the successful candidate to be accountable for the coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Role: Graduate Project Manager Location: Kidderminster, Worcestershire Salary: Competitive, depending on experience As a Graduate Project Manager, you will be responsible for: -Improving project value and project margin. -Project reporting, both internally to the Business and externally to the Customer.

• Managing, monitoring and motivating the cross-function team assigned to the project -Working closely with the customer to understand the business requirements for the project, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a relevant Engineering or Manufacturing (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Aerospace) based discipline. You should be able to demonstr! ate knowledge of planning, managing and delivering development! and production projects involving small to medium batch manufacturing of discrete and complex products and sub-components; especially developmental projects where the parameters are constantly changing. In addition to this candidates will be required to have a sound commercial and financial understanding, alongside knowledge and experience of Project Management software tools such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.

Candidates will benefit from knowledge of MOD and aerospace applications and need to be prepared to travel both internationally and throughout the UK.
