A fantastic role is up for grabs for an experienced Project Support Officer to join their team on an initial 6 month contract. The person they require will be an adaptable team player and have outstanding time management skills????????????.
You will have???.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Experience of the white or brown g! oods sector.
- Excellent Communication skills - telepho! ne, email, Skype and face to face meetings.
- Has experience of working with overseas OEMs. Preferably China.
- Strong computer literacy for MS Office and MS Project
- An engineering background / sound understanding.
- Preferably experience of implementing industry standards into existing and new products.
- Provide general support to a Senior Category Designer in charge of a large programme of new and ongoing consumer electronic projects.
- Scheduling/planning and providing admin support such as minute taking & & following up on action points.
- Driving project progress through status meetings and communications with key stakeholders and suppliers in UK, Germany and China.
- Updating and submitting regular progress reports.
- Reviewing and reconciling project financials and schedules.
- For the project schedules.
- For overall project costs.
- For implementation and delivery of engineering changes in line with government standards, within cost and schedule constraints.
