A leading provider of IT support and solutions are looking to recruit Field IT Service Engineers to join their office in Worcestershire.
They are looking to recruit Field Support Engineers to deliver high quality on-site support to their SME customer base, travelling throughout the UK as required. However, candidates should be based within a commutable distance of their offices in Stourport-on-Severn as they will be required to go into the office on a daily basis.
Skills and Experience Required:
Ideal candidates will have proven field experience in both hardware and software ! support of Servers, Desktops, workstations, printers and other! peripherals.
Preference will be given to Microsoft Certified Engineers who have knowledge of networking, Microsoft / Linux environments, VPN's, firewalls and connectivity solutions. An understanding of Remote Desktop and Citrix applications would be beneficial.
Excellent customer facing and communication skills are also required, together with a 'can do' attitude.
